Error codes

 

 

 

 

Fault name + Fault # : Power Loss #F003

Description : Single phase operation detected with excessive load.

Action : • Monitor the incoming AC line for low voltage or line power interruption.

              • Check input fuses.

              • Reduce load.

 

Fault name + Fault # : UnderVoltage #F004

Description : DC bus voltage fell below the minimum value.

Action : Monitor the incoming AC line for low voltage or line power interruption.

 

Fault name + Fault # : OverVoltage #F005

Description : DC bus voltage exceeded maximum value.

Action : Monitor the AC line for high line voltage or transient conditions. Bus overvoltage can also be caused by motor regeneration. Extend the decel time or install dynamic brake option.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Motor Stalled #F006

Description : Drive is unable to accelerate or decelerate motor.

Action : • Increase P041, A442, A444, A446 [Accel Time x] or reduce load so driveoutput current does not exceed thecurrent set by parameter A484, A485 [Current Limit x] for too long.

              • Check for overhauling load.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Motor Overload #F007

Description : Internal electronic overload trip.

Action : • An excessive motor load exists. Reduce load so drive output current does not exceed the current set by parameter Motor OL Current.

              • Verify A530 [Boost Select] setting.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Heatsink OvrTmp #F008

Description : Heatsink/Power Module temperature exceeds a predefined value.

Action : • Check for blocked or dirty heat sink fins. Verify that ambient temperature has not exceeded the rated ambient temperature.

              • Check fan.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Ground Fault #F013

Description : A current path to earth ground has been detected at one or more of the drive output terminals.

Action : Check the motor and external wiring to the drive output terminals for a grounded condition.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Load Loss #F015

Description : The output torque current is below the value programmed in A490 [Load Loss Level] for a time period greater than the time programmed in A491 [Load Loss Time].

Action : • Verify connections between motor and load.

              • Verify level and time requirements

 

Fault name + Fault # : Output Ph Loss #F021

Description : Output Phase Loss (if enabled). Configure with A557 [Out Phas Loss En].

Action : • Verify motor wiring.

               • Verify motor.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Phase UV Short #F041

Description : Excessive current has been detected between these two output terminals.

Action : • Check the motor and drive output terminal wiring for a shorted condition.

               • Replace drive if fault cannot be cleared.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Phase UV Short #F042

Description : Excessive current has been detected between these two output terminals.

Action : • Check the motor and drive output terminal wiring for a shorted condition.

               • Replace drive if fault cannot be cleared.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Phase UV Short #F043

Description : Excessive current has been detected between these two output terminals.

Action : • Check the motor and drive output terminal wiring for a shorted condition.

               • Replace drive if fault cannot be cleared.

 

 

Fault name + Fault # : Drive Overload #F064      

Description : Drive overload rating has been exceeded.

Action : Reduce load or extend Accel Time.

 

Fault name + Fault # : Parameter Chksum #F100

Description : Drive parameter non-volatile storage is corrupted.

Action : Set parameter Reset To Defalts to 2 “Factory Rset”.
