Error codes

 

 

 

 

E01  Possible cause : Phase-fault in the three-phase network

                               Short-circuit or fault in the thyristor

                                Motor is not connected

                                Supply frequency with oscillation higher than 10%

                                 Type of motor connection is wrong

 

E02  Possible cause : The time of the ramp acceleration is shorter than the actual acceleration time since the function of the current limitation is activated.

 

E03  Possible cause : Ambient temperature higher than 40 degree celcius and current too high

                                Starting time with current limitation higher than specified by switch

                                Too many of successive starts

                                Fan is locked or defective

 

E04  Possible cause : Set of P21, P25 and P26 too low relating to the used motor

                               Load on the motor shaft too high

                                Too many of successive starts

 

E05  Possible cause : Pump is dry operating

                               Load decoupled from the motor shaft

 

E06  Possible cause : Short-Circuit between phases

                               Motor shaft is locked

 

E07  Possible cause : Network phase sequence inverted at the input

 

E08 Possible cause : Terminal board X2.3 and X2.5 is open (not connected to +24Vdc)

Motor does not run

Point to be checked : Wiring not connected

Corrective action : Check all power and control connections. For instance, check the digital input of extern error that must be connected to +24V.

Point to be checked : Wrong programming 

Corrective action : Check if the parameters are correct programmed for the application.

Point to be checked : Error

Corrective action : Check if the Soft-Starter is not disabled due to a detected error condition.

 

Motor speed too high or too low

Point to be checked : Motor nameplate data

Corrective action : Check if the motor is used according to its application.

 

Display OFF

Point to be checked : HMI connections 

Corrective action : Check the HMI connections to the Soft-Starter (Control board CCS3.0X)

Point to be checked : Check the supply voltage X1.1 and A1.2

Corrective action : The rated values must meet the following requirements :

                                  For 220-230 Vac   Min : 187 Vac  Max :253 Vac

                                  For 110-120 Vac   Min : 253 Vac  Max : 132 Vac
